Warren Hostilities

The following is understood to be the root cause of current malicious behavior: Mr. Warren is upset that I engaged in litigation (36CV-24-165) against his wife’s best friends sister, to whom I’d previously rented my home (at rock bottom rate) as a courtesy to the Warrens, and an attempt to be a positive contributor to the local community. This kindness was repaid with significant damage to my home and forced litigation to regain possession of my property, while the Warren family has continually attempted to shield the Matyjasiks from lawful responsibility for their actions. Mr. Warren is demanding unrestricted access to my property ‘or he will make my life difficult’ and take things ‘further than this’.

When I’d allowed passage in the past, the Warren’s have made zero attempt to address ruts and other damages created through their usage. They have since ignored verbal and written demands to remain off my land, necessitating not only gates, but fences to prevent their continued trespassing.

By “talk” he means demand unrestricted access to my lands, or else… Based on his earlier behaviors, this was clearly a threat. Note that despite my previous demands that he stay *off* my property, here he asserts his entitlement to again trespass.
During that meeting Mr. Warren makes it clear he’s going to take things “further than this” after I refuse not only to grant him access to my land, but to tear apart my home to give him building materials used within (prior to my purchase) that he claims ownership of.
Mr. Warren acts like he is doing me a favor by allowing my usage of my lawful easement, which passes the western edge of his property.
Mr. Warren makes it clear that he intends to complicate my life
He reiterates his threats. “It’s going to turn out bad around here for you”… followed later by booby trapping my land, and direct physical violence.

Mr. Warren has a long history of blocking both pedestrian and vehicular access to my lawful easement, and his wife has previously demanded that I provide them notice of who is using the driveway or they will block it.

“if it’s not (me) sending them” meaning if you don’t tell us in advance. The Warrens actions show their true intents… while professing this behavior is for ‘my good’, they are trespassing on my land and not even bothering to close the gate behind them!

Mr. Warren and his tenants still regularly obstruct my easement, and JCSO has not been willing to honor a FOIA request several months ago pertaining to their response to one of many incidents here.

Knowing he has successfully restricted my use of my lawful easement, Mr. Warren continues to taunt me that he’s thus far gotten away with it.
